 Hi everyone. Welcome to my little corner of the internet. My name is Neha Kalra and in this blog, I am going to introduce myself; about who I am. This is me :) I hail from the heart of the nation- Delhi, a city known for its enriched culture and heritage, crowded streets, and tasty meals. Coming to my family size, I belong to a joint family where we live together, laugh together, eat together and will love forever. I am currently working towards my ambition of becoming a great designer. I am pursuing my post-graduation in fashion design from one of the prestigious design institutions of India- Pearl Academy. If I talk about my previous education, I come from a completely different educational background. I did my bachelor's in journalism and mass communication from one of the institutes of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. SUSTAINABLE FASHION: The Future of Fashion Industry

Did you know that half a million tons of plastic microfibers are dumped into the ocean every year, the equivalent of 50 billion plastic bottles? Did you also know that your favorite fashion brands like Zara and H&M score less than 10% on the Fashion Transparency Index? Scary, huh? There is a lot more to the list.. Due to constantly changing fashion trends, brands tend to manufacture bulks of clothes using cheap quality material at a very fast rate for them to be sold at low prices.
